Tennda: Unconventional Tourism

The client had no idea how to visually represent the brand. There was no name, only the value proposition of connecting local guides with tourists looking for authentic travel experiences outside conventional tourist routes.

After conducting some research with the client, we created and presented different concepts. Tennda, a place for rest and welcoming, was the winning concept.

The double N represents connections between guides and tourists.

Approvals

To validate an MVP, we need to make the value proposition as tangible and clear as possible, define an action that will represent the success of the MVP, and remove any friction preventing users from completing that action. And we need to do this very quickly. What helped us save time was following this process:

Focused and targeted interactions between the client and Tesserato are extremely important to speed up the process. Each meeting has a clearly defined objective, action, and outcome. This allowed us to deliver the page design in record time.

In addition to the waitlist, which demonstrates the audience’s interest in the value proposition, we added the possibility for users to participate in a survey. This way, regardless of whether the product achieves market fit, it is possible to conduct quantitative and qualitative interviews to iterate on the product.

As usual, we handed the project off to the development team with all the project specifications. This usually speeds up production and helps maintain consistency between what was designed during the design phase and what is implemented during the development phase.
